Service Description

This is a movement class focused on stretching and strengthening your body. Expect some good ol’ traditional yoga; breathwork, postures and relaxation. Prepare to move mindfully, work hard and maybe even have a giggle with your neighbor. The class is open to all levels, beginners are welcome and options will be given for more experienced yogis. Please bring your own yoga mat and it is recommended to bring a blanket for some postures.
