Service Description

It’s just good ol’ traditional yoga; breathwork, postures and relaxation. Stretch and strengthen the body and mind in this open level class. Some postures are held for longer and others are more dynamic movements, to help strengthen those bits we tend to forget about. Expect to work hard and even have a little giggle. This class is open to complete beginners and options will be given for more experienced yogis. Please bring your own yoga mat and it is recommended to bring a blanket for relaxation.
