Service Description

Expect to work hard and practice traditional yoga incorporating breath work, postures and relaxation. Stretch and strengthen the body and mind in this open level class. Some postures are held for longer and others are more dynamic movements, to help strengthen those bits we tend to forget about. This class is not suitable for beginners. Please bring your own yoga mat and it is recommended to bring a blanket for relaxation.
