Ride some positive vibes in this delicious class to strengthen and stretch the body and mind. Flowing from one posture into the next, we will groove together to some soft music, creating shapes and breathing deeply. Some postures are held for longer and others are more dynamic movements, to help strengthen those bits we usually don’t use daily. Expect to work hard and reward yourself with a deep relaxation. This class is not open to complete beginners.
