We will meet with the moon in her fullest phase, a strong time to release energies that may no longer be serving us. During our journey on the 24th, the potency of the coming full moon will manifest itself through the need for showing up exactly as you are. This Full Wolf Moon greets us in the depths of winter and it was traditionally believed that wolves howled due to hunger during winter as food was scarce. The nights are still long, dark, and cold, and the promise of spring feels so far away. This can be a dark time, literally and figuratively. Our vital energy is very low in January. When our spirits are not fed appropriately during this time, we can feel like wolves howling desperately at the moon, our deepest hungers gnawing at our souls. This session will help you to meet yourself exactly as you are, shedding away any guilt and expectations in order to nourish yourself completely. Sound healing and working with the energy of various instruments can help to bring more clarity into our lives through unveiling, clearing & expanding so that we can show up wholeheartedly for ourselves and others. We will use crystal bowls and other sacred instruments from all over the world. Grace Millar is a dancer, singer, musician, yoga teacher and healer with much joy and wisdom to share with an open heart. Her sound journeys are combined with her beautiful voice that deeply resonates within the soul. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushion, pillow and anything else you would like to be warm and comfortable throughout the journey.
