Asana classes are traditional, incorporating spiritual aspects of yoga along with pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and shavasana (meditative relaxation) intertwining yogic philosophy with incense, soulful music and essential oils for a unique blend of authenticity

As my schedule is starting to change, I will hold less regular classes and more private classes.  You can look out for classes I will be covering at Positivity Centre in Burnham, Inspire Hot Yoga in Maidenhead and Leo Yoga in Marlow below.

Guided meditation classes are designed to help bring stillness and create space in the mind.  You will focus on developing calmness, positive emotion and inner harmony

In Buddhist philosophy, the ultimate benefit of meditation is liberation of the mind from attachment to things it cannot control, such as external circumstances or strong internal emotions

Come with an open mind and leave feeling grounded and energised with a deepened sense of awareness
