Asana classes are traditional, incorporating spiritual aspects of yoga along with pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and shavasana (meditative relaxation) intertwining yogic philosophy with incense, soulful music and essential oils for a unique blend of authenticity

Depending on the month, there are in studio and online courses offered ranging from 4 to 6 weeks in length. At the moment, only online private sessions are being held due to the pandemic.  Sign up via this link to keep up to date with upcoming classes!

Guided meditation classes are designed to help bring stillness and create space in the mind.  You will focus on developing calmness, positive emotion and inner harmony

In Buddhist philosophy, the ultimate benefit of meditation is liberation of the mind from attachment to things it cannot control, such as external circumstances or strong internal emotions

Come with an open mind and leave feeling grounded and energised with a deepened sense of awareness 

One to one or group sessions are available online. The current group sessions are on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30pm GMT.
