Physical practice (asana) classes are designed to help create space and build strength, in both mind and body.  Classes incorporate spiritual aspects of yoga along with pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and shavasana (meditative relaxation) intertwining yogic philosophy with incense, soft music and essential oils for a soulful experience

Guided meditation classes are designed to help bring stillness and create space in the mind.  You will focus on developing calmness, positive emotion and inner harmony. In Buddhist philosophy, the ultimate benefit of meditation is liberation of the mind from attachment to things it cannot control, such as external circumstances or strong internal emotions. Come with an open mind and leave feeling grounded and energised with a deepened sense of awareness

Some things to note as you prepare to join...please:

-Bring your own movement mat

-Starting January 2022, classes are no longer donation based. Group sessions range from £7-£12 depending on which session is booked. You're welcome to pay online or in person.

-Use the booking platform on the website links above to reserve your space. Don't hesitate to contact if any issues

-Let us know if you need to cancel to allow for another yogi to join
